Body Measurements

There are two ways to enter your body measurements:

• enter them into the Starting Body Measurements fields in the Welcome Screen;
• edit the measurements in the Body Measurements section in the main window.

Editing Body Measurements

To edit your body measurements:

1. Click the Body Measurements button in the main window. The Body Measurements window will open.
2. Select a date and click the Edit button in the lower left corner. Alternatively, you can double-click the row or right-click the row and select Edit. The Edit Measurements window will open.
3. Enter the measurements, then click OK or press Enter.
   

Note: if you edit your starting weight measurement (it is shown in bold type) this will mean that you are changing your goal and future dietary and activity recommendations will be affected.

Deleting Body Measurements

To delete your body measurements:

1. Click the Body Measurements button in the main window.
2. In the Body Measurements window, select a date and click the Clear button in the lower left corner or right-click the row and select Clear. Note that all the measurements for the selected date will be cleared.
3. Click Yes or press Enter.

Note: you cannot delete your starting weight measurement (it is shown in bold type). You can only change this value by setting a new goal.
