Adding Food to My MenuFor accurate calculation of your daily caloric intake, you need to regularly enter your daily food consumption into My Menu. Adding Food to My MenuTo add consumed food to My Menu:

By default, Weight Loss Program gives you step-by-step instructions on how to add food to My Menu each time you use any of the above methods. For more information on this, see Preferences – Tips. If you want to see My Menu for a particular date, you can do it directly from the Add Food window using the drop-down calendar.
Editing Food in My MenuYou can edit the quantity and the serving of any food you have already added to My Menu. To edit a food entry in My Menu, you can use any of the following options:
Deleting Food from My MenuTo delete a food from My Menu, you can use any of the following options:
Copying Food from My Menu to Another DayIf you tend to eat the same foods regularly you can copy them from previous days instead of adding them from the food databases. To copy a food from My Menu to another day:
Alternatively, to copy a food from My Menu to another day, you can use the Copy-Paste command. When adding foods to My Menu, it may be more convenient to use the smaller My Food Database. For more information, see My Food Database.
